What happens in the Spiegeltent stays in the Spiegeltent.
Since 2013, Rochester has swooned over our jewel box of a venue from Malle, Belgium: the Spiegeltent. Originally created as traveling dance halls in the early 1900’s, only a handful of these magical “Mirror Tents” exist in the world today.
This beloved piece of history boasts stained glass windows, magical faceted mirrors, a velvet draped ceiling, VIP booths fit for royalty, and a truly spectacular vintage bar. For 12 days, the Cristal Palace Spiegeltent lives in Rochester as an indelible and scintillating part of the Fringe, attracting the young and the forever-young.
Seductive as it is, there’s only one way into the Speigeltent’s glittering interior: with a ticket to one of its shows!
Happily, there’s a whole spectrum of performances from which to choose. And each promises to be an unforgettable time.
